Gage Clark
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Gage Clark is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leatherneck Logistics Group. A service-disabled veteran, law-enforcement professional, and experienced operational leader, he established the company around accountability, preparedness, disciplined execution, and service before self.
Gage served in the United States Marine Corps as an Assault Amphibious Vehicle operator and crew chief, leading teams and supporting logistics, transportation, communications, and force-protection missions. He later continued his public-service career as a Deputy Sheriff and DHS/ICE Task Force Officer, gaining experience in multi-agency operations, investigations, emergency response, and protective assignments.
As CEO, Gage provides the company’s strategic direction and operational leadership while building a dependable veteran-led organization focused on responsive logistics, procurement, and mission support.
Benjamin Thomas
Chief Operating Officer
Benjamin Thomas serves as Chief Operating Officer of Leatherneck Logistics Group, bringing extensive experience in banking, residential lending, sales leadership, and small-company operations.
As a senior loan officer and company owner, Ben has helped clients navigate complex financing decisions while managing the daily demands of a client-focused company. His background has developed a strong understanding of financial documentation, regulatory requirements, relationship management, and responsible company growth.
As COO, Ben helps translate strategy into action by supporting operational planning, vendor coordination, process development, and consistent execution across the company.
Jeffrey Clark
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Clark serves as Chief Financial Officer of Leatherneck Logistics Group, bringing advanced financial education, more than 15 years of government RFP experience, and the discipline developed through service in the United States Marine Corps.
A Marine Corps veteran, Jeff served as an infantry anti-tank missile gunner. He holds a master’s degree in finance and has extensive experience analyzing solicitation requirements, developing pricing strategies, evaluating costs, and supporting competitive proposal responses.
As CFO, Jeff oversees budgeting, pricing, forecasting, cost analysis, and risk evaluation, helping ensure that the company’s decisions remain competitive, responsible, and positioned for sustainable growth.
Brianna Clark
Chief Administrative Officer
Brianna Clark serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Leatherneck Logistics Group, bringing more than four years of experience in emergency communications, records management, resource coordination, and client service.
Her background in law-enforcement and emergency medical dispatch strengthened her ability to maintain accurate records, coordinate people and resources, communicate clearly, and remain organized in high-pressure environments. She also brings experience in operational support, team training, sales, and client relations.
At Leatherneck Logistics Group, Brianna supports administrative operations, documentation, scheduling, internal coordination, and client communications, helping the company remain organized, responsive, and prepared to meet each request.
